Pumpkin Patch Picking!

Darren's parents took our family for pumpkin patch fun for FHE - we had a great time! It had been raining earlier so I thought it would be a muddy mess - but it wasn't really. since the weather was slightly cool there weren't very many families there.

This is Darren and Paul looking down at the 50 lb one that Darren wanted - they were fight over who should pick it up. Both of them were equally playing "injuries and age"

Weston found one just his size - he was so very proud that he could carry it.

Here are the Guys again - over the 50 lb pumpkin - our nephew Cameron wasn't going to pick it up either... although he finally did. He is a good kid, he'll be going to the Marine Core the end of October.

There was a corn maze the boys found - this is Bry running through it

All my boys chasing a chicken that got loose from the coop! I was laughing so hard. Darren finally grabbed it and threw it over the fence.

Didn't turn out light enough - but this is the burnt mountain in Herriman, Darren's parents house was about a mile or so from the base of the mountain.

After the pumpkins we went back to Grandma and Grandpa's for some smores and a camp fire. The boys had a great time roasting and chatting with us. Nothing better then a camp fire.

Everyone around the campfire.

Daddy, Weston and Bryson - Darren makes the best marshmallows!

My boys - man I love these guys.
Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Steck for a fun family night!
