New Years!

Our New Years Eve was pretty simple this year. The boys wanted to go out to dinner so we ran over to Red Robin, they are doing much better in restaurants - except Westie - and we are starting to enjoy that time with them. We then met with over at our friends home where we played games and talked, Darren and I went home around 11 though and crashed. Sometimes its nice having children who aren't focused on midnight. We did the whole Happy New Year of poppy the confetti fireworks and saying happy New year - quietly as Weston was sleeping. It was a nice relaxing night.

Poppy Confetti

Bryson tried so hard to get them to pop, they are pretty hard to pull.

Our first pics of 2010, the morning after... Bryson and Weston are such buddies, Bry is a wonderful big brother to him and very loving. Westie just gravitates to him.

My Boys, all so different and so alike all at the same time. I love these boys, they complete our life as a couple and make our home wonderfully chaotic

We hadn't seen the lights yet at Temple Square so on New Years Day we opted to go down, ride the train, and see the lights. I had researched it online and found that they would be on until the 2nd of January, which made since as that is the last of the holiday week. So down we headed, go to the train station, opps, no trax running today. Boys very disappointed that we were just going to drive downtown. Go a perfect parking spot, and arrived at 5:30, no lights on yet. Hmm so we walked around and found some sister missionaries who informed us the lights were off for the season. Which was weird as there were some still sporadically on. We did still walk around and have a good time. But we learned our lesson, next year we will simply bundle up no matter how cold it is and make it to the lights.

One of the few trees on, all my boys, they are so handsome

Brothers, need I say more?

Looking at the nativity scene, which was on, but the boys didn't want to sit and listen.

Weston was so funny, he kept stopping and sitting to wait for me to take a picture. He was so cute and did a great job walking around with us.

A Not so happy picture, but this point they had started to get cold and Weston did not want to be held.

A perfect picture in front of the Temple

Preston, my little sweety that I will never understand. I just roll with his personality anymore
